Respect --no-sort in non-streaming filter mode

Browse Source 
- --sync, --tac, --bench disable streaming filter, and the result was sorted
- Matcher.scan already checks pattern.sortable

Problem analyzed and patch submitted by @NavpreetSSidhu

Fix #4940
